Re:Retreat is a five-day sanctuary for women who want to feel like themselves again.

Set in the Sicilian countryside near Modica, it is a week to pause, breathe, and reset your inner rhythm.

You will move gently, eat well, create, rest, and reconnect, without the pressure to "achieve" anything.

Each day flows through practices that open the body, steady the mind, and spark creativity: sunrise yoga, guided meditations, intuitive art sessions, self-massage rituals, and evening circles under the stars.

The focus is simple: come home to your body, soften your nervous system, and feel more present in your life.

Afternoons are intentionally spacious.

Time for journaling, swimming, sun, naps, or quiet conversations.

Evenings gather us for shared meals, grounding wind-down practices, and moments of honest connection.

No forced vulnerability, no over-promising transformation, just a week designed to support you in a way that feels modern, warm, and real.
