Through guided breathwork and movement, we'll shake off the day, wake up the senses, and create the kind of presence that's hard to find in everyday life.
Then we'll put paintbrush to paper.
In a candlelit studio, with a live male model at the centre of the room.
No art degree required.
No pressure to be good.
No one is judging your brushstrokes.
This isn't about creating perfect art.
It's about looking.
Really looking.
At shape. Light. Energy. The human body.
Afterwards, we'll pour a drink, chat, laugh, and enjoy being surrounded by women.
